If you are a fan of Lance Armstrong you'll be happy to hear that Lance will be racing again in just over a month in his home state of Texas.
Next up for the the seven-time Tour de France's race champion on his 2012 triathlon race schedule is the Memorial Hermann 70.3 Texas Triathlon in Galveston on April 1.
According to the the Chron.com:
"This is no April Fools' Day joke. Race director Scott Langen confirmed Sunday that Lance Armstrong will be among the athletes competing in the Memorial Hermann 70.3 Texas Triathlon in Galveston on April 1.
Armstrong recently finished second in a 70.3 series event in Panama, his first pro triathlon. The Galveston race will consist of a 1.2-mile swim in Offatts Bayou, followed by a 56-mile bike ride covering a 1½-loop shoreline course and a 13.1-mile run through Moody Gardens, finishing near the Discovery Pyramid."
