Lance Armstrong officially confirmed today that he has no plans to race the 2011 Ironman World Championships in Hawaii when he tweeted: "@ChicagoTriClub no Kona for me. Unless hangin out, riding bikes, and swimming w/ whales over the holidays count."
It looks like whale spotting, at least in Kona, is more intereststing to Armstrong this year then swimming, cycling and running on the big island.
