The Race Trainer boasts a 10-workout memory that saves workouts with date and time, as well as a 50-lap chronograph. It captures a variety of useful fitness info including peak/avg heart rate and calories burned, and users can wirelessly download their workout results to their computers and keep customized training journals, if desired. · BRONZE PRIZE - Timex Ironman Sleek 150-Lap with TapScreen Technology
The collection’s revolutionary TapScreen function allows walkers, runners and joggers to easily take laps by “tapping” anywhere on the timepiece’s face, rather than having to locate and push buttons while on the move. Athletes can set the target time pacer and receive distinct audible alerts that indicate if they are on pace, slow or fast, and by how much. The watch’s 16 interval timers are labeled with intuitive names such as warm, slow, med, fast and cool, making complex interval workouts automatic and effortless. The removal of buttons on the watch face makes for an exceptionally modern, clean look. $90 on Timex.com.
