Jason Lester and Rich Roll swim 12 miles, bike 560 miles and run 131 miles on 5 Hawaiian islands in one week to conclude their EPIC5 Challenge crossing the legendary world championship Kona Ironman finish line at 11:29 p.m.
“Epic,” Lester told Hawaii 27/7. ” It was a crazy journey. There were so many ups and downs. There were moments when we didn’t think we could go on. I think we tried to quit about 1,000 times. The human body truly is an amazing thing.”
