What does it take to win the World Triathlon Championship in Kona six times?
Mark Allen knows and he shared it with me recently.
I’ll give you a hint right here and now. It takes body, mind and soul as Mark revealed his winning spiritual strategy to me. Click HERE to visit Mark’s passion or click HERE to visit his web site.
I’ll let you in on another secret. I’ve been following Mark Allen’s advice on how to train and it has worked like a magic bullet. I feel better, stronger and fitter since I started using his training strategy.
What’s the secret?
You’ll have to listen to the podcast to find out.
Mark is of course a six time Ironman world champion. He has also excelled at the Olympic distance, winning the sport's inaugural World Championships in 1989 in Avignon, France, by more than a minute. He went undefeated in 10 trips to the Nice International Championships, and from 1988-1990 he put together a winning streak of 20 races.
