Do you think that it is possible to complete a triathlon while juggling?
On April 12, we'll find out.
Joe Salter is raising money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity by hopefully completing a triathlon while juggling.
Joe writes on his fund raising page HERE:
"My goal is to complete the Flora-Bama Mullet Man Triathlon on April 21, 2012 while JUGGLING the entire race. If achieved, this goal will be a world record that's never been attempted before.
I will swim and juggle 1/4 mile, bike and juggle 17 miles, and finish the race by running and juggling (joggling) 4 miles. You may ask: how in the world is he going to do that? I had to ask the same thing. After many months of planning, experimenting, training, and fine-tuning I am confident that it can be done safely, efficiently, and while having fun."

As you probably already know last year Volkswagen got tens of million of YouTube views with their Star Wars themed Darth Vader Super Bowl commercial.
So this year there was a lot of buzz when VW rolled out another Star Wars themed commercial that has already been viewed 10 million times on YouTube. The so called "The Bark Side" teaser commercials features...you guessed it...dogs in a cool rendition of the Dark Lords theme song from Star Wars.
Now Volkswagen is back with a new Super Bowl commercial that features a chubby out-of- shape dog that decides it needs to get fit to chase cars.
"The Dog Strikes Back" Beetle commercial will air during the 2012 Super Bowl this weekend. But why wait until Super Bowl Sunday when you can watch a chubby dog cross-train right now below.

This video of the 1988 Crystal Light National Aerobic Championship is almost too embarrassing to watch for anyone who lived through the eighties. It has it all:
It truly is hard to believe that people not only did aerobics in these crazy thigh high spandex outfits, but actually completed in the sport of aerobics. Perhaps the only thing more embarrassing than the spandex and the bad dancing is Alan Thicke's over-sized goofy suit? And yes...Alan is a Canadian so all of you Canucks watching this video don't get too smug about how silly the USA was back in 1988.

Sexy bikes, hot wetsuits and a catchy song hook. With lyrics like, "Swimming got my tri cut" and "Biking made a round butt", you can't help but smile when watching this self proclaimed "multisporting anthem" called "Blame it On Triathlon" featuring the LA Tri Club, Fortius Coaching, and Nikki "2k" Muller.
Honestly, we're not sure that this video is the break out Triathlon Hit single of 2012, but it certainly is catchy, and fun to watch...plus we can spin to it. And to be honest, there's not a lot of other competition in the "Triathlon Rap Song Single" space.

There's a saying aout people who live in Colorado and probably Oregon and perhaps even Vermont. It goes...You know you are from Colorado when your bike is worth more than you car.
These two photos prove the exact opposite.
Chrissie Wellington recently tweeted this photo of herself and her boyfriend writing, "Some more super hero fun with @brooksrunning. Maybe this can be my race kit for next year?"
There are probably very few amateur or pro triathletes that would disagree with the fact that she is indeed Wonder Woman. To complete the look all she needs now is an invisible bike, but on the the other hand that might be a bit tricky to find in transition.

It's not just humans that seek out the title of being an"Ironman".
