There's a great teaching moment in this video that Ben Greenfield shares above. Ben just raced and indeed finished the Honu Ironman 70.3 in Hawaii, and no he did not threaten Lance Armstrong for the win.
He did however get lost during the swim. Every-so-often you have a race when nothing goes according to plan.
