Every year hundreds of fit and buff triathletes get together at the crack of down to run the 2011 Kona underpants run.
But just so you don't think it is all about showing off tan, fit and buff bodies...we can happily report that the run raises money for charity.
Of course this year was no different as the triathletes ran down Alii Drive in Kona, Hawaii in their underpants.
