There's a little tiny beach in the city of Kona, on the big Island of Hawaii, that becomes the epicenter for all triathletes as they get ready to race the 2011 Ironman World Championships.
That beach is called 'Dig Me Beach'.
The beach is so small that if you were to drive by it in a car you would never even see it.
But because it is where the Ironman World Championship swim course starts...it is also where any triathlete racing this week ends up to practice the swim part of the race.
And since it is in downtown Kona, it is also the place to be seen in a swimsuit or bikini and show off that race ready body.
Check out this up close look at 'Dig Me Beach' video that Ben Greenfield filed this week.
