Australian professional triathlete Luke Bell had a pretty darn good weekend.
Not only did he get to spend the weekend on the big island of Hawaii, but he also won the 2011 Rohto Ironman 70.3 Hawaii in 3:58:14.
The Aussie triathlete recently chatted with our man Ben Greenfield on the big island.
In the process Ben asked him the now classic Top Ten EMT Lightning round of questions from the Everyman Endurance podcast.
