"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape," reality show star and plastic surgery poster child Heidi Montag recently told Us Weekly.
If you do the math that means that Montag is working out 14 hours per day.
And what form of extreme exercises has she been doing you might be asking yourself now?
"I've been running a lot, and I've been doing weights," she says.
The results are that the 5'2 buxom blonde has lost 27 pounds in about two months.
"The Hills" alum says she now weighs 103 pounds, but weighed 130 at her heaviest," that according to the Chicago Tribune.
Montag added that she gained the weight after stopping her workouts after undergoing 10 cosmetic surgeries in 2009.
