Have you ever heard of a Coregasm?
If not...just keep reading.
We bet that by now you know that exercise is good for your heart, brain, muscles, sex life and about almost everything else we've reported over the years, but (and this is a big but) exercise can also have some strange side effects.
Can you think of any?
How about a runny nose?
That's right a runny nose could be be a reaction to pollen, the temperature, or outdoor humidity.
Here's another strange one...Passing Gas. Yup all of that exercise you do can twist and bend your core so that you build up pressure in your intestines which leads to...unwanted and sometimes unexpected eruptions.
Recently the Sacramento Bee put together a list of the top ten bizarre side effects of exercise which include:
"Yawning: Your body's way of dealing with transitions, such as waking up, getting bored, or working out. Yawning may be an indicator that you're warming up. Fix it: A little yawning is nothing to worry about, but excessive yawning could be a sign of an underlying heart and blood pressure issue and should be checked out by a doctor.
Coregasm: Some extra motivation to exercise! But not just any fitness routine can trigger the big-O - coregasms most commonly happen during an intense core workout, which may explain the wait for the Ab Roller at the gym.
Ear Popping: Happens when your body tries to maintain equal pressure between the outside air and that inside your middle ear. Fix it: Swallowing, yawning, and staying hydrated can help unplug your ears."
