As a para-triathlete Trish Downing can cover the 26.2 mile Ironman World Championship run course faster than almost anyone else in the race. That's the fast part...but unlike almost every other triathlete in the race she can only use her arms to cover the 112 mile bike course.
That's the slow part and the part that stopped her from finishing the race last time she tried. But Trish isn't one to let this race beat her. This year she's back and she's planning on getting across the finish line to prove it can be done using only your arms.
