How long do you suppose you'd have to swim, bike or run to burn through 2,500...which (by the way) happens to be the daily calorie allowance for men, and which (by the way) happens to be the exact amount of calories in Burger King's new Pizza Burger.
According to published reports the Pizza Burger will have 144g of fat, 59g of which is saturated, and 3,780mg of salt...which is probably enough salt to preserve a moose.
The sandwich, or is it burger, or is it pizza...will cost $13.
Burger King says the sandwich is meant to be shared but John Schaufelberger, Burger King’s vice-president, said it “demonstrates the type of menu offerings our guests can expect."
Keep in mind that KFC's Double Down bun-less all meat sandwich, which is not the expected popular hit, is a mere 1,228 calorie even though it contains enough chicken, bacon cheese and mayonnaise to perhaps choke a moose.
