Did he or didn't he?
That's the new controversy swirling around this video in which Lance Armstrong appears to body slam a pedestrian while Armstrong is riding his bike.
The video makes it seem like Armstrong is pissed about losing stage 16 of the Tour de France.
He's certainly pissed at the photographer at the end of the clip, but it is hard to tell if Armstrong body slammed the pedestrian out of anger or simply out of a need not to hit a pole and a rope.
