"By tradition, a team's winnings were pooled and shared among the riders and support team," according to Wikipedia.
That means that last year every rider on the CSC Saxo Bank team made about €69,00 Euros or about $100,00 dollars at todays excahnge rates plus whatever they get paid for riding for the team.
