Two Ironman World Champion Craig Alexander is having a phenomenal year.
He's raced four Ironman 70.3 races this year, and he's stood on the highest podium position four times.
He has yet to be defeated at the half Ironman distance.
He was recently in Colorado Springs helping his coach Chris Carmichael open a new Endurance specific training club.
Roman Mica had a chance to catch up with the Aussie who summers and trains in Boulder, Colorado and ask him about his 2009 season, his training in Boulder, and of course who he considers his biggest rivals when he returns to Kona later this year to defend his Ironman World Championship title.
So what are Alexander's thoughts about his competition, and his chances of going three for three in Kona, Hawaii this year at the Ironman World Championships?
