Thor Hushovd of Norway won the 104 mile Stage 3 of the Amgen Tour of California.
He beat a pack of sprinters at the end of yet another windy and wet day.
According to Oregonlive.com:
"Astana suffered a scare when Leipheimer crashed after touching wheels with Lance Armstrong, but he was OK and rejoined the pack after jumping on a spare bike."
