I recently had the chance to sit down with Mo Robbins a former semi-professional cyclist and chat about the etiquette and basic of cycling.
Many of us began by riding around the neighborhood as kids, but few of us have any formal cycling instruction. So I asked Mo about the basics of cycling. What’s the etiquette on a group ride? Can you just jump onto somebody’s back wheel when you are on the road? What’s it like to mountain bike for 24-hours straight?
